Mitgliedschaft / Adhésion / Membership
Die Mitgliedschaft ist freiwillig und kann jederzeit unter Einhaltung der Statuten beendet werden. Rechte und Pflichten der Mitglieder ergeben sich aus den Vereinsstatuten. Mitglieder verpflichten sich, die Werte des Vereins zu respektieren und die Vereinsarbeit zu unterstützen.
L’adhésion est volontaire et peut être résiliée à tout moment conformément aux statuts de l’association. Les droits et obligations des membres sont définis par les statuts. Les membres s’engagent à respecter les valeurs de l’association et à soutenir son fonctionnement.
Membership is voluntary and may be terminated at any time in accordance with the association’s statutes. The rights and obligations of members are defined in the statutes. Members commit to respecting the association’s values and supporting its activities.

Spenden und Förderbeiträge / Dons et contributions / Donations and Contributions
Spenden und Förderbeiträge sind freiwillig und dienen ausschließlich der Unterstützung der Vereinsprojekte. Spender*innen erhalten eine Spendenbescheinigung gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Mittel werden ausschließlich für die vereinbarten Projekte und Aufgaben verwendet.
Les dons et contributions sont volontaires et servent exclusivement à soutenir les projets de l’association. Les donateurs reçoivent un reçu fiscal conformément à la législation. Les fonds sont utilisés uniquement pour les projets et activités prévus.
Donations and contributions are voluntary and used exclusively to support the association’s projects. Donors receive a donation receipt according to legal requirements. Funds are used solely for the designated projects and activities.

Veranstaltungen und Projektteilnahme / Événements et participation aux projets / Events and Project Participation
Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko. Der Verein übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden oder Unfälle, außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit. Für minderjährige Teilnehmer*innen ist eine schriftliche Einverständniserklärung der Erziehungsberechtigten erforderlich.
La participation se fait à vos propres risques. L’association n’est pas responsable des dommages ou accidents, sauf en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de négligence grave. Pour les mineurs, une autorisation écrite des parents est requise.
Participation is at your own risk. The association is not liable for damages or accidents, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. For minors, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.

Personenbezogene Daten werden vertraulich behandelt und nur für Vereinszwecke genutzt. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte erfolgt nur mit ausdrücklicher Zustimmung. Mitglieder*innen, Spender*innen und Interessierte können jederzeit Auskunft über ihre gespeicherten Daten verlangen.

Haftung / Responsabilité / Liability
Der Verein haftet nicht für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit. Für Schäden an Eigentum der Teilnehmer*innen übernimmt der Verein keine Verantwortung, außer bei grobem Verschulden.
L’association n’est pas responsable des dommages directs ou indirects résultant de l’utilisation de ses services, sauf en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de négligence grave. Elle ne répond pas des dommages causés aux biens des participants, sauf en cas de négligence grave.
The association is not liable for direct or indirect damages except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The association is not responsible for damage to participants’ property except in cases of gross negligence.
