Current Highlights:
Our focus is currently on intensive concept development, creating the financial plan, and reaching out to supporters and donors. In parallel, we are planning the expansion of our team, including outsourcing website design to secure professional support for our digital presence. This lays the foundation for the successful implementation of Penku Jant.

Team Trip – The Entire Team on Site in Casamance
In December 2025 and January 2026, our full team will travel to Casamance to visit potential plots, film, and photograph locations. The goal is to find a suitable property that is easily accessible for the women we support. At the same time, initial negotiations will begin to secure the project site.

Fundraising – Raising Awareness and Securing Support
Alongside these preparations, we will invite initial supporters and donors to learn more about the project and consider financial contributions. With a detailed funding dossier, we aim to engage people who want to support Penku Jant from the very beginning.

Construction Preparation – Planning for 2026
Between January and March 2026, the construction plan will be developed. Based on this plan, the first building measures will begin in March/April 2026. This ensures that the project is built step by step and remains sustainable in the long term.
